That looks like the snapshot cleanup bug, which did come back in 6.0 after being fixed in 5.5 IIRC. We've had some issues with it, and if you haven't already put the XS602E006 hotfix on the hosts, you'll want to apply it. That stops the problem from continuing, but doesn't resolve existing leftover data.
You'll need to run a leaf coalesce to clear the deleted snapshots, I don't recommend doing it from XenCenter. The command changed from 5.x to 6.x, so at this point you would run:
Objective Suppose that we have included a new item to our Xenserver's storage repository such as the newly downloaded ISO images. XenServer would not list this item immediately and thus this requires a manual action to include this new item into XenServer's storage repository list. This blog post is for people discovering XenServer, and wonder about how to install XenServer tools (or xen tools) in their VMs. And also what are those tools. It's also a guide to install xentools for both Linux and Windows VMs. First, we'll see how to check if tools are installed, and then, install those if necessary, on both Linux and Windows.
You should run it from your pool master if you have a pool and shared storage, and it takes time to run. I just kicked it off at the end of the day and the next morning the storage had recovered.
